Codes inadvertently included on the Telehealth List in error:
96121, 99221, 99222, and 99223
These codes are not considered Telehealth. The CMS Telehealth list is not reflective of the changes as of this post. The correction effective and application date is January 1, 2021. CMS has retroactively issued the effective date.
