11:00 – 12:00: HCC Risk Adjustments for 2027– Following a historic decision, CMS has finalized the policy to exclude diagnosis codes solely sourced from unlinked chart review records. This means risk scores, calculation rates, and substantial payment reductions. Please join us for an in-depth discussion regarding what is in store for 2027 under the new HCC Risk Adjustment guidelines.
